24 HOUR SUPPORT ACCESS

We understand the importance of knowing you can obtain information regarding veterinary treatment and access to your account any time day or night. After hours emergencies can be particularly distressing, only VP+ members have 24/7 direct support available. Call us in the event of an emergency and we can check the status of your account, provide you with the nearest emergency clinic and advise the clinic of your arrival ahead of time. This will avoid any delay in treatment, which may arise due to financial concerns.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

Take the worry out of holidays and travel when leaving your pet behind. VP+ members can contact us and nominate your pets carer during your absence. In the event of an emergency, your carer can take your pet to the veterinary clinic and be granted access to your account to cover treatment. We will notify the clinic that funds are available for treatment. In the event of an after-hours emergency, call us and we will notify the clinic you are on your way.

ReUNITE PET TAG

VP+ members receive one complimentary UNITE Pet Tag with each registration. The ReUNITE service will allow anyone to contact us 24 hours a day, every day. We will do all we can ensure you are reunited with your beloved friend as soon as possible. We will advise you or your nominated pet carer immediately (via mobile, email and SMS) to notify you that your pet has been located.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

VP+ Members are entitled to additional benefits when using a VetPay Payment Plan. The application fee will be waived and you will be entitled to claim a rebate of up to a maximum of $100 per year on interest charged. Extended payment terms are also available to our VP+ Members upon request.
